I have been offered a job in Dubai at Suhara hospital, UAE. The contract has been sent to me to sign and send back. It is asking I contact Sapna travels LLC for the travel visa.
I got this today 18th June and it’s asking they receive my permit and work visa for 4 years to be sent by the 27th June so they can pay me my 2 months salary in advance for travel...etc.
Seems rather quick. I have had no interview either just my cv I sent over. There is a mention of expenses related to me relocating which will be reimbursed in 5 days after submitting receipts.
Not sure if this is genuine or fake. Please help and guide me on how to go about this?
My family think it may be fake. The offer seems too good to be true. Any ideas on how to check authenticity?
I am now worried if it is fake, they have my cv details i.e. home address, email, telephone number...etc.

لقد اشتريت شقتين في اسطنبول، الأولى في 10/2018 بقيمة (450,000 ليرة تركية) بنظام التقسيط وقمت بسداد آخر دفعة في 01/2020 (ولكني لم أستلم صك الملكية - الطابو - حتى الآن)، والشقة الثانية في 03/2019 بقيمة (425,000 ليرة تركية) بنظام التقسيط ولكنني استلمت الطابو بتاريخ 30 ديسمبر 2019.
لقد حولت المدفوعات من حسابي المصرفي في البنك الأردني إلى حسابي المصرفي في البنك التركي ودفعت للمطور العقاري عن طريق البنك التركي. المبلغ الذي قمت بتحويله حتى الآن هو 160 ألف دولار أمريكي، لكنني لست متأكدًا من طريقة حساب سعر صرف الدولار الأمريكي مقابل الليرة التركية في التاريخ الذي بدأت فيه دفع الأقساط.
أخطط لشراء شقتي الأخيرة والتقدم بطلب للحصول على الجنسية التركية، ولكن قبل أن أشتري آخر شقة، أريد التأكد من أنني على المسار الصحيح وأنه يمكنني التقديم دون مواجهة أي مشاكل.
ما هي تكلفة الحصول على خدماتكم؟ هل لديكم وكيل عقارات أيضًا؟

If I opened a company in Turkey, can I get a work permit for foreigners from my country (Pakistan) or I will be obliged to employ Turkish citizens only?

Hello,
I am from Lebanon. A friend of mine told me that, buying property in Turkey grants anyone the right to reside in the country legally because he owns a property, where he renews his residence annually or every two years.
That allows him after about five years to apply for citizenship. is this true?
Is there any way to cut the "five years" residency and apply directly to Turkish citizenship or after one year or two at max?
Please advise as I am thinking of taking such steps.
