Salary non-payment of an employee for not reaching the target

Hi.

I am working in a company, and they are not paying my salary as they have set a target now.

However, at the time of hiring and signing the contract, no condition like that was mentioned.

please help me.

If the targets are not a part of your employment contract, they cannot stop your salary (please be sure you did not sign any document accepting the targets imposed).

Please file a labour case for pending salary.
