What should I do if I got involved in a minor traffic accident before Police come to the place? Can I move the car or I should take some pictures before that?

If it is a minor accident, you should move your car to avoid causing a road block and then the police can actually give you a fine for that.

If it is a major accident you should not move the car until the police arrives, and definitely taking pictures is useful.
