I completed my two-year contract in a construction company. I'd like to change the company because my current company is not paying salaries for the last 5 months and does not allow for a vacation. I got another job and I informed my current employer about that. The next day they renewed my visa and said to continue here and promised that on July 1st I can go for a vacation and the pending salaries will be paid before that. But still, they didn't send me and tell me next week. I am waiting for the vacation for the last 2 months. Two days ago I went to the office to see my manager and ask for my passport and I said I want to continue. He said that we will decide once you come back and promised within two days. 1) If they failed to keep the promise, what action can I take against them? I don't like to continue here anymore. 2) I am worried that if they send me on a vacation, they will cancel my visa. What can I do from India?
