Loan and credit card loans impact on new visa processing

Good afternoon,

Myself H.,

I have a few outstanding like Auto Loan and Credit Card in the UAE, in which I couldn’t pay my EMI for the last few months. I am unemployed and out of the UAE.

Now, I got a new job in the UAE and my new employer couldn’t process my new employment visa. They got the visa approval but didn’t release it from Immigration.

That's what they informed me. So kindly advise me how can I sort this issue and complete my visa process.

Hi H.,

We will have to first clear all of your cases (criminal/police cases) and remove any kind of blocks with Labour/Immigration and elsewhere, then only you would be able to get a new visa.

Also, even if you are not intending to work in the UAE still you must settle these so as to clear your status in the UAE and other GCC countries.
