Immigration ban for a domestic helper
Hello,
I was a maid in Abu Dhabi and I did not finish the probation period. I got sick, refused the job and my sponsor cancelled three months visa.
Now my retina was taken, my name put in the computer and at first, the immigration said I have a one-year ban. Then after some time, he said to never come back.
I don't know what my sponsor told the immigration, what kind of ban is this and if I have any false accusations.

Please note that the fact that you requested early termination of your contract after 3 months means that you have breached your two-year contract with your sponsor. Which means you are eligible to a 1-year ban automatically and this is as per the law.
Also, the fact that you have caused your employer a huge financial loss because he lost all the funds invested in getting you the residency and work permit in addition to the medical insurance, etc... probably is the reason your employer has requested the authorities to ban you for a longer period.
