Salary disbursement during the notice period

Dear Questioner,

Once the termination of the contract is confirmed, the employer has an obligation to settle the EoSB including pending salaries and the salary during notice period on or before signing the visa cancellation form.

If he is not disbursing it by then, you can raise a complaint against the company before the concerned authority.
