The procedure of impleading new parties in civil cases

Please note that you will have to make an application to the court setting out the reasons for impleading parties in the present suit.

The application ought to be made under Article 94 of the Federal Law No. (11) of 1992 Concerning Issuance of the Civil Procedures Code.
