How can I exit a partnership linked to an expired license and accumulating fines?
Q: Good Day! I am a partner in a trading license with two other individuals. Both of them were managing the business together as a cash-based operation without a bank account, while I was working elsewhere as an employee. Now, one of the partners has passed away, and his parents are in conflict with the remaining partner, claiming he owes them money. However, the surviving partner insists that no money is owed and that everything is settled. The license has now expired and cannot be renewed because the deceased partner’s family is not cooperating, leading to fines due to the inability to renew it. Additionally, the remaining partner continues to conduct the same business, occasionally purchasing items under the company name. As I am a low-salaried individual and cannot afford court fees, is there a way to remove myself from this situation, or are there any authorities who can assist me in this matter? I am willing to help and provide whatever is required as evidence in this case. Please advise!

How can I reach a settlement with the bank for a loan to lift travel ban and get a new visa?
Q: I have a financial debt of approx. 90K AED (loan & credit card). Due to the end of my recent contract and being jobless, I was unable to make the last 2-3 months EMIs. I have a job now and my new visa is under process by the company, meanwhile I received a travel ban email from the financial remediation team. What challenges am I going to face and what are the possible solutions for it? My intention has been clear right from the beginning, to pay the outstanding to banks. Q: Hi, In a commercial case filed against me by my partner, an expert report has been issued against me, as the expert neglected my documents, even though they were critical evidence in the dispute. I have submitted a memo to the court outlining my objections to the report. What are the chances of the judgment going against me? Is there a possibility that the judge might return the report to the expert or appoint another one? Lastly, if the judgment goes against me and I file an appeal, would the appellate court appoint a new expert?

Q: Property Management fined me for subleasing. I am a tenant of [----] and one day, a member of an inspection team visited my apartment, my friend was there and they accused me of giving the apartment on sublease. I invested money in a business but my partner is removing me out from partnership. Can I pursue legal action?
Q: Hi I`m an Irish citizen and a resident of the United Kingdom. I got investment fraud in Dubai. I invested money into a business with a Pakistani national guy in March 2024 via bank transfer into his business account. Now he`s giving back the money which I invested in business after 9 months. He`s preparing a letter from a local lawyer to kick me out of the business. I do not have any other option than to take out at least my money. But it`s unfair to me that he used my money in business and took all the advantage. Some people say to me that if you claim money or take legal action against him, it will take too much time and I need to travel to Dubai to appear in court because it is a civil matter. But I`m not a resident. How can I follow the civil case there? That`s why my partner knows that I can not do anything and this case keeps running long time and in the end nothing happens. But I`m thinking that I will submit a complaint through my embassy and I also have a solicitor in the United Kingdom.
