My mercy request to remove deportation was accepted but is still showing pending. What to do?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My mercy request to remove deportation was shown as “accepted“ by Dubai public prosecution and pending for special committee decision (1st-time offense, breach of trust case). This was 1 year ago. It is still showing pending commute final decision. Is it usual to take more than a year for final approval? Are there any other official steps to take? My lawyers are not responding so I will be grateful for advice from your legal experience.

Somebody filed a wrongful complaint against me with the police and I have a travel ban. What can I do?
Q: I am facing an issue. I helped 1 lady and told her "Ma`am there is empty parking you can park." She called the police and the police opened a case 3 months ago. I faced this issue and the police transferred the case to the public prosecution after staying 1 month in the police station. Now for 2 months, I have been going to the prosecution. In the end, he said they would transfer my case to court but still, they can`t send it. What can I do? I have a travel ban.+1

How can I exit a partnership linked to an expired license and accumulating fines?
Q: Good Day! I am a partner in a trading license with two other individuals. Both of them were managing the business together as a cash-based operation without a bank account, while I was working elsewhere as an employee. Now, one of the partners has passed away, and his parents are in conflict with the remaining partner, claiming he owes them money. However, the surviving partner insists that no money is owed and that everything is settled. The license has now expired and cannot be renewed because the deceased partner’s family is not cooperating, leading to fines due to the inability to renew it. Additionally, the remaining partner continues to conduct the same business, occasionally purchasing items under the company name. As I am a low-salaried individual and cannot afford court fees, is there a way to remove myself from this situation, or are there any authorities who can assist me in this matter? I am willing to help and provide whatever is required as evidence in this case. Please advise!

How can I reach a settlement with the bank for a loan to lift travel ban and get a new visa?
Q: I have a financial debt of approx. 90K AED (loan & credit card). Due to the end of my recent contract and being jobless, I was unable to make the last 2-3 months EMIs. I have a job now and my new visa is under process by the company, meanwhile I received a travel ban email from the financial remediation team. Q: Hi, In a commercial case filed against me by my partner, an expert report has been issued against me, as the expert neglected my documents, even though they were critical evidence in the dispute. I have submitted a memo to the court outlining my objections to the report. What are the chances of the judgment going against me? Is there a possibility that the judge might return the report to the expert or appoint another one? Lastly, if the judgment goes against me and I file an appeal, would the appellate court appoint a new expert?
