س: السلام عليكم، عملت مدرسًا في الإمارات لمدة 33 سنة ولم تُسجَّل ضدي أي مخالفة وسيرتي الذاتية في الدولة ناصعة. فوجئت بقرار إبعادي إداريًا بدون أن يبدي موظف الجوازات أي سبب. أبلغني أني مُبعد إداريًا لمدة عام وأنه يمكنني تقديم استرحام وأخذوا لي بصمة العين. حتى الآن لم يردوا على طلب الاسترحام ومكتوب على الموقع "تحت الإجراء" رغم أنه مر على تقديمه 4 أشهر ونصف. أخشى أن يكون إبعادًا نهائيًا لأنهم أخذوا بصمة العين. سؤالي: إذا كان إبعادًا نهائيًا، فمَ الذي يمنع موظف الجوازات من إبلاغي؟ بمَ تنصحوني؟ أسئلة وأجوبة

س: السلام عليكم، الأساتذة الأفاضل، يُرجى توضيح الفرق بين طلب فتح عريضة وطلب الإذن لفتح بلاغ حيث كلاهما يُقدَّم للنيابة ولهما نفس التفسير القانوني حسب ما فهمت، ولكن هناك اختلاف في الرسوم؛ فالعريضة (٢٠ درهمًا)، والإذن لفتح بلاغ (١٠٠ درهم). كما أن مدة إتمام المعاملة هي ٢٤ ساعة للعريضة ويومي عمل للإذن بفتح بلاغ. هل يجوز تقديم طلب فتح عريضة والإذن بفتح بلاغ لنفس الموضوع في نفس الوقت؟ أسئلة وأجوبة

Q: I have a bank loan and due to the loss of my job, I was unable to pay and currently out of the UAE. I have a few questions if someone please would be kind enough to guide me on them: "The bank has not filed the case yet". 1. The bank is asking me to pay the minimum 10% of the outstanding, I wish to know if this is a legal requirement or if I can pay any amount as a down payment in court. 2.
