Can the company pay the labor execution amount in cash rather than in court?
Q: I opened execution one month ago and Abu Dhabi labor enforcement already seized the trade license, company cars, and bank accounts Now the company called and offered to give me the money but they want to give me cash at Enjaz office Mussafah in Abu Dhabi. I heard that once the execution is opened, the company must deposit the amount in the enforcement labor court only. Then, the court will transfer the amount into my bank account and I already provided my bank account details while opening execution before. Actually, I am not satisfied with getting cash money in this way. I feel satisfied with getting money through court and I don’t know why the company wants to give cash. Please advise me, should I receive cash money in this way in Enjaz office or should I refuse with the company and tell them to deposit it in the court bank account? As per law, what should I do? Please advise

We won the case with the RDC to evict the tenant. What happens after waiting the cooling period?
Q: We won the case with the RDC that the tenant has to evict the property. We are told there is a cooling period before they say the date he has to leave. How long is the cooling period he can appeal and then what happens next if he appeals and if he doesn`t? He was served the one-year notice and then refused to leave, hence the case we raised with RDC and won. Thank you

Is a 3-month notice for non-renewal of our warehouse lease valid?
Q: Hello, We would like to ask for legal advice. Our company is currently renting a warehouse, and our contract ends in June. We have just received an email from the landlord stating that they do not wish to renew our contract once it expires. Please note that we were informed through a regular email, not via an Emirates Post registered email or Dubai Courts. They mentioned that they will use the warehouse for their own purposes.
