I left the UAE with a pending credit card. How to check possible cases or travel ban?
Q: Hello Sir. I used to work in the UAE for around more than 20 years until 2010, since I lost my job I left Dubai in the same year. I had a credit card from a bank and when I left, there was a very small amount that I had to pay to the bank. I still continued to pay whatever I could even after coming back to my country, I was unemployed though. After a few months, the bank stopped communicating with me. I also came to know the particular bank I dealt with had been sold to another company. Since I would like to visit Dubai, I like to know if there is any ban on me to enter the country. How can I know? Thank you.

Q: Dear Sir/Madam, Recently, one of our ex-pat directors passed away. The company is an LLC, with shares split as follows: 51% owned by a local Emirati, 25% owned by an ex-pat director, and 24% owned by another ex-pat director. We need to determine how to manage the shares of the deceased partner since he has no family here and his family back in his hometown wants nothing to do with the business and is uncontactable. What is the process for retrieving the shares and continuing our operations?

Can I travel to my country for vacation after finishing a case and paying fine?
Q: Good day Sir/Mam I have a question. We/I have been involved in a fight last week, and the police arrested us. After a week in jail, the Abu Dhabi first instance court released a paper for our fine which we already paid, then we were just released. My questions are: Is there a possibility that I can use my vacation to my country? Is there another hearing session happening after we pay the fine? My landlord served me an eviction notice to sell the property. What can I do if he rented it again?
Q: Like some similar cases being explained here, I am a tenant renting the same property for the last 3 years. Last year, after a rent extension, the landlord issued me a 12-month notarised eviction notice on the fact that the house goes for sale. The eviction notice is due on April 6th and I will evacuate the house and move to a different location which I signed already. However, there are absolutely no signs that the house is going on the market for sale, not posted online, and no visitors or anything. I am very sure the house will not go for sale but for rent again, hence I intend to raise a case against the landlord. The question is, when shall I raise a case, waiting for the house to be rented, or immediately after evacuation? And what is the best way to find the house status once I am out, how can I know the house is again up for rent? Appreciate your feedback.2023/03/22

Q: Salam Sir, I came to Abu Dhabi on a visit visa from Sharjah on 15th February 2023 and I got an offer letter for QAQC Engineer from a contracting company. When they applied for security clearance to proceed with the visa, it was refused. Now the company HR ask me to go to immigration and check what`s the reason. Q: I bought a used car yesterday for 80k and on the classified, he stated that the car model was 2014 but after the testing reports came out it stated 2013. The guy was shady overall and even took the car to a testing center without our supervision in an unknown place, far from where we first saw the car. Can I get the custody back from my ex-wife if I am leaving the UAE after losing job?
Q: Good Morning, I divorced my wife last year in Pakistan and she opened a case in Dubai for child maintenance as I am paying 3000 dirhams for one year daughter. Now I lost my job and they canceled my visa. Soon I have to go back to my country as I didn`t find a job. My questions here: 1. Will I be able to get custody of my daughter as I am returning to my home country? 2.
