Missed fitness session, now facing a "no show" fee. How can I get a refund?
Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I went for a session at a fitness studio in Dubai. Before booking an appointment, you have to pay for the session. They send you a payment link and then you can book a session. So I did this, I paid using the payment link they sent to me. I booked my appointment for tonight at 7:30 pm. I was unable to make my appointment due to client meetings running overtime. I work in a law firm myself, so you can understand how it is sometimes. They sent me a message on WhatsApp that they would mark me as a “no show” and then they sent me a screenshot of their booking and cancellation policy, which they should have informed me of before, but failed to. Their booking & cancellation policy states that "no show" is 100% fees applicable. My argument is that I deserve a refund of my money as they did not inform me of such a policy PRIOR to anything. What can I do to get my money back?

What to do if the real estate company is asking for chiller fees and pest control after moving out?
Q: Hi Sir, I`m a tenant who rented a studio apartment through a real estate company, and while moving in, they said that the chiller fee is included in the rent amount and I don`t need to pay anything extra. While moving out, they are troubling me a lot by asking for a chiller fee and pest control saying that the apartment was filled with cockroaches, etc. If you can help me, please contact me. Q: Dear Experts, Two days ago, my cousin was detained with the intention of being transferred to Al Awir for imprisonment and deportation. Following his last appeal, the court suspended his imprisonment, but only a deportation order was issued. However, when I visited the police station yesterday, they informed me that he has been given a 3-month jail term! I contacted the public prosecution, and they stated that the case is closed following the second appeal for deportation without imprisonment. Currently, he is in Al Awir jail. What happens next? Q: Dear Sir/Madam, My former employer appealed a 1st instance court case, which I won, awarding a sum of 96,000 Dirhams. Now, I need advice on the following: 1) Am I allowed to upload further memoranda and evidence, already in my possession and duly legally translated? 2) Under the New Labor and Civil Procedure Code, can I appoint an Emirati Lawyer? 3) As I am not an Arabic speaker, I will need a translator for the Court.
