Criminal case for harassment and the way for proving innocence
My brother is a porter. He is carrying water to homes. While he was going to the lift, there was a little girl and she is our elder brother's daughter age.
My brother touched her but not like an abuse. He loves children a lot, but that girl (10 years old) and her father told that my brother kissed her (but he did not kiss) and touched her likewise.
Now he's at the police staion. I need to know what kind of punishment he will get and how can we reduce that punishment.
We would like if he can be deported to our country.
Please help me.

1- ستكون العقوبة السجن لمدة 6 أشهر بالإضافة إلى الترحيل وفقًا للمادة رقم 358 من القانون الجنائي الاتحادي لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
2- إذا كنت تريد تقليل العقوبة، فيمكن الاستعانة بنا كمحامين له والدفاع عنه بقوة حتى نحصل على براءته.
في هذه الحالة، بمجرد اثبات براءته، فيمكننا رفع دعوى جنائية ضد والد البنت لقيامه بادعاء كاذب، والحصول على التعويض المناسب منه طبقًا للقانون المدني.
