How to recover the amount to be paid by the employer after getting the labor judgment?
Hi,
I got the final decision from the labor court that my employer has to pay me 23000 dirhams. I went to the Al Adheed Center, and they took 220 dirhams fees and papers from me which were issued by the court, and told me to come back after a week to check my status.
I'm confused about the procedure. What is happening now in Al Adheed Center?
What's the next step they will take?
When you submitted the court order to the Al Adeed Center, they initiated the process of executing the judgment.
The center verifies the authenticity and enforceability of the court order. They may issue a notice to your employer, informing them of the court order and the need to comply.
If your employer fails to comply, the center may take various enforcement actions, such as seizing your employer's assets, such as bank accounts or property.
You can periodically check the status online or by visiting the center. If you need further clarification, you may ask.

Dear questioner
The Adheed Center might have applied for the execution of the case, even if you received a judgment that will be not enough to get the amount.
It should execute the amount recovery. Check the documents shared by the Adheed Center and always clarify with them if you have doubts.
If you need further clarifications, kindly share your Whatsapp number.
Dear questioner
Check with the Al Adheed Center if they have filed an execution of the judgment because the judgment itself is not enough for the recovery of the amount unless it is executed.

After receiving a labor court decision in favor of an employee in the UAE, it is essential to follow up with designated centers like Al Adheed for verification and potential enforcement of that decision.
The process involves confirming compliance from employers and taking necessary actions based on their responses.
