What can I do if I resign during probation and the employer asks for compensation?
Hi,
I am now serving my notice period in the company in my probation period.
However, they are asking me for a 7000 fee which I am not aware of. I was told that I agreed to this and signed the contract which is not true.
I repeatedly requested a copy of my contract for months, yet I have not received any.
Due to the lack of response, I checked the contract through the app and found that it was electronically signed.
I do not recall signing this contract, nor did I receive any digital copy to sign. What should I do?

As a copy of the agreement which they are claiming that you had signed already through the mail, if still after sending mail they are not initiating for cancellation and final settlements, file a complaint in MOHRE for all above.
