Does the appeal period for a labor judgment include weekends?
Dear sir,
The labor complaint is in my favor. As per the order, the employer has 15 working days to appeal. I want to know if 15 working days means 2 weeks or 3 weeks, considering there are 5 working days in a week.

The appeal period starts from the day following the issuance of the ruling, which is 15 days. You can send the ruling document so that we can inform you of the legal registration of the appeal and the last day for filing it.
