I won a labor case against my employer and got part of the claim. How to get the rest?

Good afternoon

I had filed a case against my previous employer, for the non-payment of salaries. The total amount was 10500 and I have received 7200.

There is no further update on the case, so I went to the Dubai court in Al-Awir. They said you would receive it but nothing. It's been over 6 months.

What should I do?

Please guide me

You may follow up the execution procedure and submit another request for the non-payment of the remaining amount.

The request will be processed and If possible, request a copy of the court records related to your case.

This will give you a clearer picture of the progress and any outstanding actions.
