Can a company suspend me and accuse me of embezzlement even though they found the missing money?

They are accusing me of returning the money after we found out there is missing cash worth 1,000 dirhams.

They took the money but still accused me of embezzlement.

They can not suspend you without adequate proof.

If the missing money has nothing to do with you and they received the money without your involvement then this is considered as baseless allegation.

You can defend them and prove your innocence.
