Cancellation of sponsor and dependent visa when there is a case
Hi.
My wife has a travel ban due to the non-payment of a loan. She is sponsored by me and her visa is valid until the end of January 2019.
My visa is expiring in December 2018 and I need to cancel my visa so that I can cancel my trade license, but in order to do that, I need to cancel my wife's visa.
Since she has a case against her, that probably will not be possible. What is the solution for this predicament?
My wife is not in the country at the moment. Can my visa renewal be affected due to this?

يرجى إرسال نسخة من جواز سفر زوجتك للتحقق من حالة القضية الجنائية. نحن بحاجة إلى معرفة الحكم في القضية.
قد يكون الحكم عبارة عن إلزام بدفع غرامة ويعتمد هذا على مبلغ القرض الذي لم يسدد. على أي حال بمجرد دفع الغرامة للمحكمة، فيمكنك الحصول على مخالصة ورفع منع السفر من المحكمة.
بمجرد رفع المنع من السفر، فيمكنك إلغاء تأشيرة زوجتك و تأشيرتك أيضًا لإلغاء ترخيصك التجاري.
يرجى التأكد أيضًا من عدم وجود قضايا منظورة ضد الشركة قبل الإلغاء.
