Dear Questioner,
If you have a valid contract with the employer, you don't have to suffer inhuman treatment on the part of the employer.
If he does so, you can submit a complaint to MOHRE for this and the authority will initiate action based on your complaint.
You are not required to perform other duties which are not mentioned in your contract.
