I have been working for 4 years. Can I resign without paying money?
Good evening, sir/madam
I want to resign from the company where I have been working for 4 years. My visa has been renewed for 3 months now.
I want to know whether I can resign from the company without paying money, or I need to pay.
Please help me!
Hello,
According to the labor law, both the employee and the employer have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time by sending notice for a minimum of 30 days, or as agreed upon in the employment contract.
The employee must continue working during this notice period, and after that, you can leave the job and receive all your entitled benefits without any issues.
To provide a more detailed response, please send us a copy of the employment contract and any related documents via email or WhatsApp at any time.

Dear Client,
Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will assist you in this matter.
In accordance with UAE labor law, employees can resign without financial obligations to their employer, provided specific conditions are met:
1. Notice Period:
Before resigning, an employee must give a minimum of one month's notice or the amount specified in the employment contract.
2. Contract Duration:
For fixed-term contracts, resignation before the contract's end is allowed only for valid reasons, such as employer breach.
3. Probation Period:
During the probationary period, employees can resign without notice.
4. Visa Cancellation:
In order to avoid potential entry bans to the UAE, employees must make sure their employer cancels their visa before leaving the country.
We will be happy to help you.
Thanks and Regards,
