Is it illegal to capture a video and report someone's bad behavior to his employer?

Is it illegal to report someone's bad behavior to his employer in the UAE?

He's making too much noise late at night causing a disturbance to another room outside the company's premises.

I will take a video of their loud activity and email it to the HR of his employer.
