UAE labor case: Do I need to pay to send the notification to the defendant?
Hello team,
I have registered a labor case against my employer in Ajman, UAE through the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). I have received an e-meeting notification.
Now, the typing center guy is asking me for extra money to send the notification to the defendant via Aramex. I need to know if this is a mandatory step.
I thought the court would notify the defendant and send the paper notification.
Please let me know, as I am not sure what the next steps are.

Hello, this is Nada,
One of the methods of notifying the parties in a case is through Aramex, and the amount must be paid.
After notifying the second party, an attempt at reconciliation between the two parties will be made.
In the event of either party's refusal, the file will be transferred to the labor court.
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me via phone.

Thanks for your question! I hope you are doing well. I will definitely assist you in this matter.
Sending notifications to the defendant is part of the legal process, but the cost may vary.
Clarify the process and fees with the typing center and seek guidance from the court where you filed your case if needed.
