How can I withdraw a labor case against my employer from the court?
I already registered a case against my employer and it was transferred to the court.
Now I am not interested in continuing the case, how can I cancel my labor complaint?

Request MOHRE to cancel your complaint.
If you wish to cancel your labor complaint, you will need to contact the court and file a motion to withdraw your complaint.
The court will then review your motion and decide whether or not to grant it. Depending on the circumstances, the court may also require you to pay a fee for withdrawing the complaint.
