Can I submit my defense documents in a labor case after it was set for judgment?
I have a labour case set for judgement soon. I did not get the opportunity to submit certain documents and in the last hearing was not asked any questions by the judge about the case.
Do the judges ask questions about claims that have been made if they have doubts before judgement?
And will I be able to submit further documents if requested by the court?
Dear Client,

Under UAE law, the court may ask the parties involved in a labour case questions before issuing a judgement.
The court may also request additional documents or evidence from the parties. If the court requests additional documents or evidence, the parties should provide them in a timely manner.
However, you should submit these documents before the judgement just to avoid any issues.
