كيف يمكنني سحب الأموال من حسابي التجاري؟
في الولايات المتحدة، يمكن القيام بذلك عن طريق قيام المالك بالسحب. هل هذا الوضع هنا مشابه لذلك أم مختلف؟

س: مرحبًا،
انتقلنا إلى الإمارات وافتتحنا شركة منطقة حرة. لقد تمكنا من فتح حساباتنا المصرفية الشخصية في دولة الإمارات، وهذه الحسابات بها حساب بالعملة الأجنبية بالجنيه الإسترليني أيضًا (شخصي).
المشكلة الآن هي أننا نواجه مشكلات هائلة مع اثنين من البنوك التجارية التي اخترنا التقدم بطلب للحصول على حسابات أعمالنا.
أسئلتنا:
لدينا عميلان في المملكة المتحدة سيدفعان لنا بالجنيه الاسترليني، هل يمكننا أن نجعلهما يدفعان لنا مباشرة في حساباتنا الشخصية بالجنيه الاسترليني بينما ننتظر البنوك لتتخذ الإجراءات معًا؟
هل هذا مسموح بموجب قانون دولة الإمارات؟

تحويل أموال الأعمال التجارية من الإنترنت إلى الحساب الخاص
س: مرحبًا،
لدي سؤال يتعلق بالأعمال التجارية.
لقد أسست شركة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة (مكتب فلكسي"Flexi" في المنطقة الحرة). النشاط التجاري هو التجارة الإلكترونية. لقد سجلت النشاط التجاري وحصلت على تأشيرة مستثمر إماراتي، ولكن عندما حاولت فتح حساب مصرفي، واجهت الكثير من الصعوبات.
بينما كنت أنتظر فتح الحساب المصرفي (الأمر الذي استغرق أربعة شهور ولكن رفض موظف البنك فتح حساب مصرفي)، قمت بفتح حساب تاجر مع تلر.
لقد بدأت في قبول استقبال المدفوعات من عملائي عبر الإنترنت، والآن لدي أموال في حساب التاجر يمكن سحبها وتحويلها إلى حساب مصرفي خاص بالأعمال التجارية في دولة الإمارات (كما ذكرت سابقًا، ليس لدي حساب مصرفي خاص بالأعمال التجارية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة).
لذلك، اتصلت بالبنك وسألت عما إذا كان بإمكانهم تحويل الأموال إلى حسابي المصرفي الشخصي خارج دولة الإمارات (حسابي المصرفي الأمريكي أو حسابي المصرفي الروسي).
ولكنهم ذكروا أنه لا يمكنهم تحويل الأموال إلى حسابي المصرفي خارج دولة الإمارات بسبب قواعد مصرف الإمارات المركزي. هل يمكنك أن تقترح علي ماذا يمكنني أن أفعل في هذه الحالة؟

It’s better for me to do that instead of buying a car privately, correct?

As a partner who loaned money to the company, should I sue the company or my partner?
Dear Lawyers,
I am a 50% partner in a company. I had given a 2M AED loan to the company about 10 years ago. There are expert reports and bank records to prove the loan.
The company does not have any bank balances or assets. Should I start a lawsuit against the company and demand 2M AED, or should I start a lawsuit against the other 50% partner and demand 1M AED?
One benefit of suing the company is that I can obtain an acknowledgment of debt, and later in an execution case, I can issue a certificate of solvency to have the other partner arrested.
However, suing the other 50% partner directly would include their name in the executive writ. Please guide me!
