Can I reduce my overstay period in the UAE without taking an outpass?

I have an immigration issue. I have overstayed my visa by 9 months. I am a Nigerian national, and I am wondering if it is possible to reduce the overstay period.

I would prefer not to take an outpass, as I plan to return to the UAE.
