Can I travel to Oman from India if I have unpaid debt in the UAE?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have missed my personal loan and credit card payments in the UAE for the past 3 years. I am here and cannot pay without earning.
Maybe they have already filed cases against me. Can I travel from India to Oman? Will the GCC system catch me?
Please advise me!

Dear Questioner,
The situation varies depending on the type of case and amount.
Usually, there are no issues with traveling to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. However, there are some cases where convicted individuals are prohibited from entering GCC countries.
Nevertheless, before transiting, it is essential for you to ensure that there are no arrest warrants against you, in order to travel safely.
We can help you in checking this.
Kindly contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
If they imposed a UAE ban then you can travel to other GCC countries. If you are having a ban in the whole GCC countries, then it will be a problem.
Hire a lawyer to conduct a complete check on a possible travel ban and arrest warrant imposed on you in the United Arab Emirates.
Submit the required documents and get the results of the check online without visiting the UAE government authorities personally at a charge of 290$.
