Actually, his old visa was canceled, and he has a new visa now. He is facing issues with booking a ticket, and his previous employer is threatening him that he will not be allowed to leave the country.

If labor and visa are canceled, meaning the old employer agreed on cancellation, and he has no debts or obligations in front of the employer in writing, or cheque issued, etc, then he has no obstacles to leave the country.
