Can the company force employees to work all week without rest?

In accordance with Article 21 of Federal Decree-Law No. (33) of 2021 regarding the regulation of labor relations “UAE Labor Law”, the employee in a private sector company is entitled to a weekly paid rest of no less than one day, according to what is determined by the employment contract or the executive regulations of the company.
