Can I give birth in Dubai while still under my father's sponsorship?

Hello,

I just got married a few months ago, and now I'm pregnant.

However, I am still under my father's sponsorship and haven't switched to my husband's sponsorship because I want my visa to expire first.

Will this be a problem after I give birth?

I want to give birth here in Dubai.
