Possibility of travelling to the UAE after settling credit card dues

I was staying in the UAE earlier and had credit card outstandings before leaving the country, but now settlement is ongoing as per an agreed plan.

Can I travel to the UAE or not?

Depends if you have defaulted earlier.

In all likelihood, they must have filed a case then you came forward to settle.

So unless you pay it all, it would be advisable to stay away.
