My company filed a false absconding against me. How to remove it?

My company filed a false absconding against me when I was still working and going daily to office.
I have proof that I was in office and I was in contact with the company, so what am I supposed to do?
You must submit a request for clemency and cancellation of the circular to the same authority that issued the circular.
And submit a request to the Ministry of Labor to cancel the absconding report submitted against you, and prove the sponsor’s violation.

Pursuant to your query, the employer can face a fine of AED 5,000 if they file a false absconding case against an employee.
You will have to file a complaint against the employer with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and request the Ministry to refer the matter to the labor court in order to seek reliefs, as available under the applicable laws, including but not limited to the payment of your pending salary(ies), if any, gratuity and a declaration that the employer reported him as a false absconder to deprive him of his rights and entitlement and prove the employer’s violation.
