Dear Sir,

Good Day...

Is it possible to file an overstay case against me even if I have left the country during the visa validity? And I have my exit date stamped in my passport.

Need your advice.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With regard to your question, it is not possible for such a case to be filed against you or for you to be blacklisted if you have left before the expiration of your visa, except there are other reasons to which such a case is filed against you of which you are not aware of.
