How to remove the cases and travel ban I have in the UAE to avoid problems in GCC?
Hello Mr. Mohammad,
Hope you are well.
I owe a debt in the UAE but I have to visit Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for work.
I have read somewhere that it is possible to remove the cases, without repaying the debt (because I don't have the money to repay).
Is this true?
What would be the process and how long would the process take?
Thank you for your time in advance.
Dear Questioner,
Good morning.
Absolutely we can assist you to check if your name is banned or not.
Basically, You have to provide us with a copy of your passport and visa by email so that we will be able to issue a Power of Attorney and send it to you to sign and email it back to us.
We will apply a request to the Federal Notary Public to notarize the POA. Once he sends us a link to meet him on video call we will send it to you to let him be verified that you are the client by showing up your original passport next to your face.
Once the meeting is done, the Notary Public will send us a link to pay the legal fees which will be USD 75.
Once we receive the POA, we will be able to proceed with checking your criminal records, travel ban, and case details. Please note that this process will take 3 working days and our professional legal fees will amount to USD 300.
Depending on the cases that we will find in your name, we will inform you how many days it will take to close it, release your ban, issue a clearance letter, and how much our professional legal fees would be.
We are looking to hearing from you soon.
Thanks.
