Unexpected termination before contract completion: What is the next move?

Dear sir/madam,

I have been working at a company. It is 8 months to complete my 2 years contract. Today, I was given a termination letter of my employment without any complaint, 1st warning, or 2nd warning.

I refused to sign it because I need clarification.
