Does the bank have the right to file a civil case if I fail to pay instalments after raising them?

Dear Sir,

I had a credit card with a bank (Islamic card). The limit is 36k and the guarantee cheque I signed mentions the same amount 36k only.

Now as I am not paying and the bank is telling me they will file a civil case and travel ban on me.

I want to contest as when I took the card the charge was only 340 per month now since 2019 they increased it to 1250 per month and I paid the same until November 2022. Hence I paid the bank approx 45k.

My questions are:

1. Will the bank file a civil suit for 36k?

2. Will I get a travel ban immediately?

3. Will it affect my visa transfer?
