هذا ممكن ولكن ليس في جميع الأحوال، بل فقط إذا استطاع الأب إثبات وقوع خطر في حالة سفر الفتاة بمفردها.

لا، بالطبع، الأمر مقيد بالخوف عليها إذا كانت مريضة مثلاً وهذه أمور يجب إثباتها أولاً، ولكن بشكل عام، لا يمكن منعها من السفر أو احتجاز جواز سفرها بالقوة.
