Will an active civil case affect a new job visa process?

Dear sir/madam,

I have a civil case and a travel ban. The court hearing and judgment have not yet happened.

I am currently on a tourist visa and I can't renew it due to the travel ban. I have a job offer and now my question is:

Will this active civil case affect my new job visa process?

My bank loan due is nearly 84000 AED.
