Security check due to credit cards and bank loan
Asalam,
Hope my message finds you in good health.
Please advise me. I have a few credit cards and one bank loan on me, and it's some time 4 years ago. I am sure now they have filed cases against me.
I am in my home country and willing to come to the UAE.
What is the problem I will be facing and does the judge have the right to give judgment without my appearance?
And how can I know what are the cases against me and what is their judgment?

Kindly be informed that the court can issue a judgment in your absence (provided that your opponent has fulfilled all the required summoning procedures set out in the UAE Civil Procedures Federal Law).
