Initiating proceedings for divorce due to domestic violence
My husband has been constantly abusing me and has taken a lot of money from me. I have been fed up and want to end this, I had contacted 800111 but hadn't taken a medical report.
Police have also come to the house twice. He has been cheating me and watches porn and lies, I'm an Indian. Please tell me how to proceed.
In the past, he has blamed me enough, when the police came he started crying and telling that I'm the one who bears and isn't believing him.
The policeman didn't believe him after looking at my state and advised me to go for divorce.

يمكنكِ الدخول في اتفاق لتسوية جميع حقوق أثناء إجراءات الطلاق، ويشمل ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر حضانة الأطفال، حقوق الرؤية (إذا كان هناك أطفال)، نفقة المعيشة وجميع الأمور الأخرى ذات الصلة.
