Will the loan and credit card in the UAE affect my entry to Kuwait?

I took a loan of 60000 and a credit card from a bank in 2014. Due to the loss of my job, I left the UAE without paying it.

Now I received a job offer from Kuwait. Will there be an issue if I travel to Kuwait and the bank files a case against me in the UAE?
