Can you enter the UAE again if you left with an absconding case?

Dear All,

I am outside the UAE Currently.

My question is if my previous employer has filed absconding against my work visa, am I not allowed to enter the UAE under a visit visa?

I have plans to set up an LLC for my current business in the UAE. For that, I need to travel and initiate the business setup in the UAE.
