How to file a case against a false advertisement by a car owner?

Hi,

I have recently purchased a car from a private owner advertised in Dubizle.

His advert claimed many things which, in reality, were wrong. I paid a higher price than normal. His false adverts include the number of owners, accidents not revealed, and false mileage.

The advert says that it is accident-free. He is denying this and cheating a few other people.

Any chance I can get some legal advice.
