Is it possible to return back to the UAE due to the non-renewal of Emirates ID?

Hello!

I got a labor ban due to stay in the UAE without the renewal of my Emirates ID and our company CR.

I would like to travel back to the UAE for a job search on a tourist visa.

Can I get a tourist visa also work visa after accepting a job offer?

Please clarify.

Dear Questioner,

If you were deported before for staying inside the country without a valid visa, you will not be able to enter the country again without obtaining special permission from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs.

Further, if you have an employment ban, you will not be able to take up employment until the ban period completes [usually it ranges from 6 months to 1 year after exiting the country].
