What are the steps to claim forgery of documents in appeal court?

In a labor case, if anyone found forgery and other UAE law violations, will the court take it as a criminal case or labor case?

The employer made a fabricated bill and won in the first instance, then in appeal court found the forgery. In that case, will the court take the forgery as a criminal case or not?
