Seeking compensation because of an accident in a hotel

I had an accident in a hotel in Dubai. When I tried to go out, my face got hit by the glass door. My nose got hurt with bleeding and cut over it.

I don't know if I can do something against the hotel since there was nothing on the glass; like a sticker that tells it is locked. It is very dangerous!

Also, the staff told me that it is not the first time it happens.
