Asking an immigration consultant for security cheque to assure performance
I am a client of an immigration consultant company in the UAE. I have made 70% of the payment and the work is under process.
I need to know if I can ask them for a security cheque for the amount I have paid, in case they turn out to be fraudsters or dupe me.
I need to know what I must say so they agree to give me a security cheque.
Please help as am alone and need legal advice on this matter!

أفترض أنك وقّعت بالفعل اتفاقية معهم توضح حقوق كلا الطرفين [أنت والمستشار] والتزاماتهما جنبًا إلى جنب مع القيود المطبقة على هذه الحقوق والالتزامات.
