Failure of delivering a purchased item from the UAE and the right to sue

Greetings,

I have bought a personal/non-commercial drone for personal use from a supplier in the UAE. It's been almost a year now and they are unable to deliver it.

I am currently living in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. What can be done legally in this situation?
